The Oddit report is literally the best work output I've seen from any agency, contractor, or service in the last 6 years. As a brand owner, you are often times too close to your product USPs, benefits, and usages. Pretty good service, worth the money. I wish there was a status page where I can see if my report has been started and how far along it is. I kept having to ask for an update because I had no good indication if work was being done. Good insight, a lot of it felt generic between all brands and copy paste but at least it was organized well for me and mocked up in figma for my designer. Copywriting was really bad though. Would definitely purchase again for other brands, but an order status and a focus on improving copywriting on the updates would make this a perfect product.

The depth and detail of the oddit report is beyond what I had hoped for. The ideas and design implentation is brilliant. Many of the design elements suggested by Oddit were of such value-add that we've subsequently implemented them across the business to improve other touchpoints including our email designs, and brochures. When I was deciding whether to progress with the report the question I ultimately asked myself was "can you afford NOT to do this?". A relatively small % increase in e.g. CVR can make or break an ecommerce brand. So you should probably ask yourself the same question, and the answer is no... so do it!

There's a lot going on design-wise, and the symbols/icons don't do a great job of explaining what I'm looking at. Also have the before/after feedback for a specific page section spread across 2 pages means you're constantly flipping back and forth to get the full picture of what you're suggesting.

Good report format but don't have good results
Positive points: level of details of the file they deliver. Examples in Figma you can perfectly visualize what the site will look like after changes. Negative points: delayed the delivery date a little. Service sometimes takes several days to respond. Some changes made me lose site ranking on Google and lose money so far (I recommend hiring only if your company does not have organic access, only paid). The report does not include mobile and desktop in areas where we need details in both. High price for what they deliver and the result I had.
