We are incredibly pleased with the service it was a fantastic business investment, Once we received the report we had a lot of 'ahhh how did I not think of that' moments mixed with 'wow thats a really great solution!' but really great suggestions, the designs are not over the top it's straight to the point to maximise conversions. Figma files are prepared perfectly for me to develop from. Will be using Oddit again in the future.

Coming into my new role I could tell right away that the main thing holding us back from scaling was our site. The UX/UU, trust, brand messaging, and just overall aesthetics. I could have fumbled through this on my own. But I knew I didn’t have the experience to do it. So I brought in the big guns, Oddit! Previously to me joining they worked with different CRO and dev agencies. But they weren’t thinking big picture enough. And I knew Oddit would deliver. We even got it 8 days earlier than they said. Overall our team was blown away by the report and how we now have a clear roadmap for testing, plus the Figma files too. Thank you Oddit for making me look like the smart cool guy at my new job! So far, so good — we're about halfway through migrating over to new templates for collections, navigation, PDP, and the home page. All thanks to some killer insight from Oddit. Our site was an inundation of information — and in a niche industry where consumer education is key, people quickly found themselves overwhelmed. Oddit's recommendations were high on both concision and quality, somehow managing to maintain our brand identity and key value adds while finding us quick wins that we expect will really optimize conversion. Super excited to finish our our migration and begin seeing the results.

The report was full of useful information. Its really well done and they also provide the figma file you can share with the dev team to implement recommended changes. The report contains a lot of best practices applied to our own situation which i found very useful even if as mentioned some of them were "best practices" more than out of the box suggestion. Hi highly recommend the oddit report especially b/c its great to have an external partner to review the UI/UX of the site with a fresh perspective.
